Overview

당사의 환불 및 반품 정책은 30일 동안 지속됩니다. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

반품 자격을 얻으려면 상품이 사용되지 않았으며 상품을 받은 것과 동일한 상태여야 합니다. 또한 원래 포장에 들어 있어야 합니다.

몇몇 유형의 상품은 반품이 면제됩니다. 음식, 꽃, 신문, 잡지 등 부패하기 쉬운 물품은 반품할 수 없습니다. 또한 친밀한 물품이나 위생용품, 위험 물질, 인화성 액체나 가스가 포함된 제품은 허용되지 않습니다.

• 일부 건강 및 개인 관리 용품

반품을 완료하려면 영수증이나 구매 증명서가 필요합니다.

구매한 제품을 제조업체에 다시 보내지 마십시오.

부분 환불만 허용되는 특정 상황이 있습니다.

• 명백한 사용 흔적이 있는 도서
• 개봉된 CD, DVD, VHS 테이프, 소프트웨어, 비디오 게임, 카세트 테이프 또는 비닐 레코드.
• 원래 상태가 아닌 모든 품목은 당사의 오류로 인한 것이 아닌 이유로 손상되거나 부품이 누락되었습니다.
• 배송 후 30일 이상 경과하여 반품된 모든 상품

Refunds

귀하의 반품이 접수되고 검사가 완료되면 당사는 귀하의 반품된 품목이 접수되었음을 알리는 이메일을 귀하에게 보내드립니다. 또한 환불 승인 또는 거부에 대해서도 알려드리겠습니다.

승인되면 환불이 처리되며 일정 기간 이내에 신용카드 또는 원래 결제 수단에 자동으로 크레딧이 적용됩니다.

환불이 늦거나 누락됨

아직 환불을 받지 못했다면 먼저 은행 계좌를 다시 확인하세요.

그런 다음 신용카드 회사에 문의하세요. 환불이 공식적으로 게시되기까지 다소 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
