Water is caught and funneled into the jet hole, or funnel, running down the fin.

But the jet hole is tapered. So, the hole can produce strong jet water stream in spite of weak lady’s foot and it can make tremendous propulsive force . The foot pocket softly matches booties of size from 23 to 24.5 cm .
